Team Collaboration

MadoHub integrates with Claude Code's team feature to provide real-time visibility into what your team members' agents are doing.

How it works

MadoHub reads team configuration from ~/.claude/teams/ to discover active team members. Each team member running a Claude Code agent in a tmux session can be displayed as a team pane tile on your canvas.

Team detection

MadoHub scans the ~/.claude/teams/ directory for:

• config.json — Team name, description, lead agent ID, and member list.
• Filters for active members with live tmux panes.
• Verifies pane availability via tmux list-panes.

Team pane tiles

Each team member gets a team pane tile that shows their terminal output in real-time. These tiles display:

• Team member name
• Agent status indicator (working, waiting, stopped, idle, completed, failed)
• Live terminal output from their tmux pane

Auto-layout

When displaying team members, MadoHub arranges tiles automatically:

• 1 member: Centered on canvas.
• 2 members: Side by side.
• 3+ members: Circular arrangement around the lead agent, with the circle radius set to the tile width plus 80px.

Team Hub

Team activity is surfaced in the Team Hub, a tab in the right-edge drawer (alongside Flows and Exploration). It shows:

• Member state dots, one of six states: working, waiting, stopped, completed, failed, idle.
• A task board sorted with in-progress items first, then pending, then completed.
• A Messages section showing the last 3 team messages, newest first.

Team messages

Team messages sync from ~/.claude/teams/{team}/inboxes/. View them in the Team Hub's Messages section.

Team tasks

Task lists sync from ~/.claude/tasks/{team}/. Track shared work items across the team in the Team Hub's task board.

Requirements

• Team members must be running Claude Code in tmux sessions.
• The ~/.claude/teams/ directory must contain valid team configuration.
• tmux must be installed and accessible.
