1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MadoHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. App Access, Purchases, and License

MadoHub may offer app access, a lifetime desktop license, consumable Credits, and automatically renewing subscriptions. The product, price, currency, duration, included allowances, and other material terms shown in the applicable storefront or purchase screen control that transaction. A confirmed license purchase grants the purchasing account a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the covered software, subject to these terms. Digital purchases offered inside the iPhone or iPad app are processed only through Apple In-App Purchase; website and macOS purchase surfaces may use Stripe.

3. Credits and Cloud Billing

Credits are usage units for MadoHub-hosted AI requests, not cash, legal tender, or stored monetary value. Credit deductions can vary with the type and size of a request and are reflected in account usage information.

• A product may include a one-time Credit grant when that grant is shown before purchase. Non-expiring wallet Credits remain available while the account and Credit service remain available, subject to these terms.
• MadoHub Pro is an automatically renewing subscription with the Agent Credit and Cloud runtime allowances shown before purchase. The current plan includes 2,500 Agent Credits and 100 hours of Cloud runtime per paid billing period. Subscription allowances reset each period; unused amounts do not roll over or become wallet Credits. Pro unlocks Mac only during its paid term, never becomes a lifetime license, and does not grant Lifetime Starter Credits. App Store pricing may vary by storefront. If a storefront shows different current terms, the storefront disclosure controls that purchase.
• A consumable top-up grants the number of wallet Credits shown in the applicable storefront. Confirmed wallet Credits do not expire while the account and Credit service remain available.

MadoHub Pro renews automatically until canceled. When an included allowance is exhausted, additional usage may be deducted from the non-expiring Credits wallet or blocked until more capacity is available, as shown in the app. Manage or cancel a subscription through the channel where it was purchased: Apple subscription settings for iOS purchases or the Stripe Customer Portal for website and macOS purchases. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten the current paid billing period or reverse completed usage. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases. Prices or Credit rates may change for future purchases with notice where required by law.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, misuse, or redistribute the software or Cloud service except where applicable law permits it or you have prior written consent. You may not attempt to evade usage accounting, abuse promotional Credits, or use the service to violate law or the rights of others.

5. AI Services and Availability

AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. Hosted models and providers may change or become temporarily unavailable. MadoHub is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software or AI output.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
